Life is a Journey, one that is deeply spiritual & ineffable. Life is also a Ceremony, an intentional becoming, & moving towards wholeness.
I infuse my sets with these philosophies so that it feels like a Ceremonial Journey.

Dance Temple is a Canada west coast community of ecstatic dance facilitators founded on Saltspring Island by Naomi Jason.
Ecstatic dance is a conscious dance event that is intentionally sober, conversation-free, and consent-based interaction.
It allows for authentic free form movement to unfold from within, allowing the participant to move through whatever arises, creating deeper healing and connection with self and others.
